If you find solace in a small community, the semi-private classes offer a wonderful balance between personal attention and a shared experience. And during times when restoration is paramount, the Yoga Nidra classes guide you towards a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga classes are a great option for a number of reasons. 

If you are having problems getting to a regular class, or are new to yoga and perhaps feels a bit intimidated by the thought of attending a group class, then private tuition is worth considering.  The advantages to private yoga classes are:

Private classes give you the chance to discuss your specific goals and plans, and together we will develop a personalised practice which meets your particular needs.  Whether it is to improve your flexibility, work on your balance or expand your knowledge of yoga, a private class can enhance your practice much quicker than in a group class setting.

A time that suits you

Private lessons allow you to create a programme which fits around your schedule, rather than having to work around group class timings. You can bring yoga to you at a time that suits you, so no more navigating through rush hour traffic to try and make that 5:30pm class.

Overcoming injuries and chronic pain

Private yoga lessons are the ideal solution when working on injuries or certain health conditions.  With the focus on you throughout the lesson, we can discover which yoga poses target the source of discomfort and develop a programme which will help you recover from, or manage an injury or health issue.

Rather than looking at a private yoga lesson as a multiplied cost of a group class, view it as an opportunity to absorb all of the knowledge and expertise of a yoga teacher which is usually divided between a class of students. It is all directed at you, and only you!

Semi-Private Yoga Classes

Semi-private yoga classes, which typically involve smaller groups of students (usually 2-3 students) compared to traditional group classes, offer a range of benefits that can enhance your yoga practice.
